Uh-oh and whoops!

First of all, this blog has no pictures, sorry.

Yesterday Olivia said her first word. She's been babbling for a while, and actually says words, but yesterday was the first time it was clear she meant what she said and that it wasn't just something that rolled off of her tongue. She was sitting in her high chair, and carefully held her sippy cup over the edge, and dropped it. She looked right at me and said, "uh oh". Her daddy and her auntie heard her too. We were all a little shocked for a minute, I think mostly because it was so clear. There is no doubt she knew exactly what she was saying. So funny.

And now on to the whoops. We are expecting again. Yes, another baby, an event even more unexpected than Olivia's first word. We've got a due date of February 10, which would put the kiddos about 18 months ( 1 1/2 years) apart. It will be fun (for them) to be so close in age. At least there is only one baby incubating, and at least I won't be enormous during the dead of summer.
